Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), please send us a written notice that includes the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material: The URL or location on SchoolX.ng where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- A statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Submission of Notice
Send the above information to:
📧 info@schoolx.ng
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user responsible for the content, giving them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed due to a DMCA notice was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to us. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material: A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to the jurisdiction of any district in which the service provider may be found).
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the counter-notice to:
📧 info@schoolx.ng
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and reinstate the material if no legal action is taken within 10 business days.
